How to Apply

Call or email us to check availability at your preferred campus and discuss your child's age group.

Visit the Campus

We warmly invite you to come for a tour — see the facilities, meet the teachers and ask questions.

Complete Registration

Fill in the registration form and pay the R700 registration fee to secure your child's place.

4️⃣
Submit Documents

Provide the required supporting documents (see list alongside) and confirm your start date.

💰 Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of R700 is required to secure your child's place. Monthly fee schedules are available on request.

We encourage all families to visit before enrolling — meet the principal and staff and see what makes Oak Hill special.

3️⃣
Assessment (if applicable)

Learners entering Grade 4 and above may be assessed to ensure appropriate placement and support.

4️⃣
Register & Confirm

Complete the registration form, pay the registration fee (see fees panel) and submit supporting documents to confirm enrolment.

Aftercare is available for Grades 1 to 3, Monday to Friday until 18:00. Please enquire about aftercare fees when you register.

We accept applications throughout the year, subject to availability. We recommend applying early — especially for the new school year — as spaces fill quickly. Contact us to check current availability.
No — the registration fee is non-refundable. It is used to process your child's application and secure their place at the school.
Absolutely — and we encourage it! Children who complete Grade R at Little Bean transition smoothly into Grade 1 at Oak Hill Academy. They arrive already knowing the environment and many of their new classmates, which makes for a confident and happy start.
Yes — Little Bean offers aftercare at all campuses until 18:00, and Oak Hill Academy offers aftercare for Grades 1 to 3 until 18:00. Please enquire about aftercare fees when you register.
We have a full-time security guard on the premises during school hours. Our campuses also have CCTV, an alarm with armed response, and panic buttons available for our teachers.
Our primary language of instruction is English. Please contact us if you have questions about language support for your child.
